I was robbed here in the parking lot near my apartment. The policeman who responded to my 911 call couldn't located security at all that evening to give them a description of the bad guy. The apratment complex does not accept packages for you, at all. The lovely rivers, which are nice, are shut on and off at random. They do try to keep them going 8:30am- 8:30PM, but this doesn't happen often enough. The reason we chose the Meadows was to hear the lovely water noise but no one told us it would be turned off at night...even though we specifically told them this was why we chose their complex as our home. They also have only one parking space per apartment, so we have to rent an additional space at $30 a month.
