Not 'The perfect place to live'... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I thought it would be 'The perfect place to live'... I have been there several years. At least once a month there are notices mentioning the vandalism within the complex, robberies on a monthy basis. This is a gated community - although the gates are open all the time! The laundry rooms... there is always a machine broken, just like in the gym. There is trash everywhere including the hallways and elevators. They have student housing there and do not tell anyone about that - so you have college kids 3 & 4 or more per apartment, being very loud at night. The security company is the worst, too. Plus, they increase the rent when your lease is up and don't let you continue on a month to month unless you pay an additional fee. The walls are paper-thin. Did I mention the parking - there is none! Don't expect to have friends over at night if they want to park their cars on that street. The one redeeming quality abou The Meadows is that their Staff and maintenance people are very nice and helpful. Be ware of any thing that says it is "the Perfect place to live".
