The management staff can be very rude and unhelpful. Not accomidating with roomate situations. Parking outside the apartments is rediculous so you must pay for spots but good luck having guests come over. Community is very nice. Unfortunately my building had a huge ant and spider problem. We had ants all over the kitchen and in the bathrooms many times. The plumming also flooded in our apartment once and in the building more frequently.
