Over priced for the neighborhood but the apartment was HUGE! I lived in a one den 1 quarter bathroom. It was basically a 2 bedroom. Parking is horrible. One assigned spot and good luck if you have guest. Good luck for your guest to find your apartment tooo its a maze. They change security companies once a week. Some one parked in my spot and they wouldnt authorize to tow the vehicle so I had to park in someone elses spot. Then they towed my car!!!! Then they wouldnt cover the 180 dollar tow bill...ridiculous! Lots of washers and dryers but not sure if Im a fan of the laundry cards and all the frikin doors that dont lock at the end of all the halls..Theyre so pointless. Moving in and out sucked and anytime you have to carry grocerys and stuff it really sucked. Parking reallllly far from my apartment. THERES NO AIR CONDITIONER IN THESE APARTMENTS...I was on the third floor it was hot as heck. They say no dogs but mannnny people have them. If you ever get accident locked out good luck.
