But then again most things on the other side of the fence start out that way. The situation with this Apartment Complex is that they are media ----s. Any television or telephone service is required to go through their media company (Rainbow Media Group)who charge a premium for use of there satellite and other various connections. This media group also owns exclusive rights to the roof so don't bother trying to send your direct TV. guy up there they'll escort him off the premises. There is a chronic boiler situation (in the 6430 building) which requires water be shut off for most of the day at least every 3 months. The parking situation is ghastly; the streets surrounding the complex are packed. Apart from that the only other issue is the paper thin walls which result in constant noise complaints. The complex has gone through 3 different (security) service companies to protect the community but they're more of a nuisance then anything else (usually characterized by a fat man walking around asking too many questions, Ive come to start asking him who HE is and what is HE doing here'). But hey if you're looking for a head-ache feel free. The place has pretty old growth trees 3 pools and has a very nice appeal in the evenings. Well good luck, keep looking.
