Pros:

The repair/maintence crew is extremely friendly, and will do their best to help you. I really trust them.

Absolutely beautiful landscaping.

The apartments are a decent size for the area and cost. The kitchens and bathrooms are pretty small though.

If you like squirrels (and I do), you will like it here. ;)

The neighbors all seem to be very friendly.

Management is nice, but you need to call a few times to check up on things sometimes.

They try to do nice things for the community such as a movie night, and get togethers. That can be loud, but it is still a nice gesture.


Cons:

After I went month to month on my rent, it became very expensive. $175 extra a month is a good bit, and the rent seemed to increase by $35 fairly often. In other words, I was paying $340 more a month than I was three years ago when I first moved in.

Once a year there there seemed to be an ant problem - but they took care of that very quickly.

The walls are thin, so you need to have tolerant neighbors, or be pretty tolerant yourself.

I had to have a lot of repairs - such as my entire hallway being flooded once - but like I said, they are VERY quick to fix things.

My car was broken into the first week I moved in, and this happened to some friends that lived there as well.
