do not live here, very terrible & expensive From: medallion Date posted: 10/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   well hmmm, where do i start, lemme start by saying that i pay 1586 dollars for a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment and the apartment they showed me was 30 square feet bigger then the one they moved me in. another problem i had was both of my nieghbors and the raunchy filthy noises they made to what seamed to be sex, i would wake up in the middle of the night to moaning and phrases such as f*** me harder!!! another terrible thing is that you can only have one parking spot if u have a 1 bedroom and you cannot buy another one even though half of the reserved spots are empty. another terrible thing is that if you have another car or someone parks in your spot which has happened to me three times and security does nothing but put a friendly reminder on the car not to park there and you park on the street, you will find that there is pine trees anywhere you park on the street that leak sapp on the paint of your car and ruin your paint job if you dont remove it within a day or so. there was also a time i heard gun shots in the middle of the night and called the police. during dusk, you have hoodlum people hanging around the streets in front of the apartment who look like thugs and one evening as i walked to my car i had two of them sitting on my trunk. another thing you should be aware about is that the only service you can get for your tv is direct tv and they rip you off not to mention it goes down at least 2-3 times a month. another problem that i ran into for the 6 months i lived there was the water goin out and not having waters for hours because of them constantly working on there boiler systems. this place is junk, you can find so much better within 10 miles and for 6-700 hundred cheaper such as hawthorne. i do not recomend living here due to high rent and thugs acting like they run the place
