The parking is the biggest problem. I love the radiant heat...so cool-I mean warm! It comes through the ceiling or the walls, I can't tell! The grounds are so peaceful, I love showing off my complex to my guests! (If they can find a place to park! They will tow you if you're in a bad spot-very expensive-don't even try it.) The people that live here are on the whole very cool people so there's a nice community. I wish we had washer-dryers in the apt, but that is so hard to find!
