Beautiful landscapes, horrible management

You get in the community by the beautiful landscapes when you see it for the first time. Thereafter you fall into the trap and need to get out of with big price. They raise price every rate.
This community has no rent control, the rent is like stock market changes on the daily bases. They want to snap every opportunity to get every penny from you. When Symmentec moved here, the one bedroom rent suddenly spiked from $1400 to $1700, $1800 level. That scared people away. A month or two later, they dropped to $1450 level. If you break the lease, they charge you one month rent. They give you the opportunity to find a renter without breaking fee. That is bu****it; because they never allow you to do that in practice. You got the rate before and put that in the ad. Once you found somebody to sign the lease, they hiked the price by $40. You do it next time, they'll do the same thing. We actually found four renters who wanted to sign the lease, Meadows hiked the rate every time. That scared the potential renters away and blamed us for lying to them. Meadows said the price we give you was for that day only.
There are also a lot of burglaries before, Meadows never allowed you know that. We believed there were homicide in the building near the east side wall; Meadows covered it up even the security guard wouldn't say anything when asked. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
