I can hear my neighbors conversations and television. It is the worst because I value my privacy the most. You can hear everything they do, and they can hear everything you do. Too bad I don't have privacy in my own bedroom. The Meadows suck in that regard. LA sucks for that matter.
You have been warned.
Besides that it is a rather cool place to live. we will have to move if we can adequately sound proof our bedroom wall. I cannot deal with worrying that I am going to be disturbed by stupid people everyday. I HATE being reminded that I don't have privacy in my own home.

we thought we could get away from noise by getting a top corner unit, but to no avail.
Did I say LA apartment living sucks' We cant wait to leave here and live a NORMAL life, in a beautiful, DETACHED home.
Maintenance is the worst. Very lazy and do not follow through on work orders.
