Off late the security is very lax in meadows. People freely tresspass into meadows. Shady characters around the pool. Culver City policeman told me there were 5 Flat screen TV's stolen yesterday.
This apartment is no longer safe.

i lived at the meadowsd fm 93-95 and i moved back last may - there are a lot of kids hanging out at night-i hear them running around on the catwalks etc-but my rule is to never live on the first floor of any apt - if u use common sense i think u'll be ok- i lived at mariners village for 5 1/2 yrs and had more criminal activity oddur there-pay check stolen fm mailbox,car hit while parked in my stall etc than ever at the meadows-sorry to hear about the thefts though
