Flat screen TV's stolen Off late the security is very lax in meadows. People freely tresspass into meadows. Shady characters around the pool. Culver City policeman told me there were 5 Flat screen TV's stolen yesterday.
This apartment is no longer safe.

Poorly maintained bldg-terrible owner This building has gotten worse and worse in the short time I've been here. For the prices the plumbing should not be this horrible. The noise from La Cienega is unbearable. The water has been shut off several times. It's a dump. I'm glad I moved

Could be a lot better I went to see the apartments and left running. There was shady residents and it was very loud. There was also a lot of squirrels who were not afraid of people. It seemed very dirty and the staff was rude.
