Great overall staff ESPECIALLY maintenance. One bad apple in the front office, but all others we're great. Parking beyond the assigned space is tough at times....as it is at most apartment complexes. Overall quiet. I actually enjoyed hearing the kids play during the daytime. Nice gym, clean pool and spa. Overall a great value. If I had to complain about one thing: When the Bay Area economy crashed, they discontinued some extra amenities. For example, the personal trainer that offered circuit training was no longer, yet they continued to charge the same price for rent. Prior to signing the lease agreement, the circuit training classes were used by the leasing agent to help persuade us to sign a lease. A few months later, they cancelled the classes. We viewed this as a breach of (verbal) contract on their part, or even false advertising. Whichever it was, it wasn't right! Overall though, we'd highly recommend this complex.
