Avoid

This complex seemed nice enough, so I signed a lease and was preparing to move in. However, when I finally saw the unit, there were brown and yellow stains all over the carpet from a previous tenant (the complex allows pets). Instead of offering to replace the carpet (since the stains made the unit untenable anyway), they had it cleaned and said there was nothing else they could do...they said they "never replaced carpets." I had no choice but to invoke the clause in the lease allowing for cancellation due to dissatisfaction within the first thirty days. Instead of being flexible with the terms of cancellation because of the filthy unit, the management stuck to the letter of the agreement, forcing me to give 30-day notice, effectively charging one month's rent for cancelling.
I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this complex.
