Lived there for about two years, the place is decent. Mgmt is mostly very nice and responsive, but then again I am not very demanding. Parking is bad, it used to be so bad that there are not enough spaces for even residents. New policy has freed up enough spots that at least you can park inside the complex, but forget about guests. The ground are very nice, pets are allowed. Occasionally there are poop on the walkways, normally not a problem though. The east side of the complex is very noisy, facing 280, Stevens Creek and Lawrence. Convenient though if you try to get somewhere. Upper floors get VERY hot during summer. Near shopping centers on Stevens Creek, but not walking distance close. Overall not bad, the price is a bit high, better if you have pets.
