Since Archstone took over, my hot water is actually hot (Avalon: "Sorry, nothing we can do"), I have a washing machine that won't shred my clothes to pieces, (Avalon: "Sorry, nothing we can do"), & I get quick answers to all of my maintenance questions. The old manager and staff were all very nice, and although the faces have changed (miss you :( Lindsay) I'm sure it's not much different now. The grounds have always looked slummy, residents have always littered, and apartment complexes are always understaffed and overworked.
