we've lived in the archstone cupertino apartments from 2006-2007. the people at the management/leasing office are the most stupid, incompetent people you will find. they don't return phone calls, do not address apartment needs and tack on unknown charges to your rent.

in all fairness, the apartment itself is fine (if you don't mind mold from the lack of ventilation, due to the way the units are designed). However, considering the price you pay in rent, the quality of service is horrible and makes the entire living experience much less satisfying.
