you will regard if you move into this apartment!!! From: dolphin1111 Date posted: 3/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   Everything was excellence before Archstone took over Avalon about 1 year ago afterward it became nightmare. Management for Archstone just sucks, all they know is to get off work on time and rip off their resident. Everything you report to the management they will just ignore or tell you we don't know, very unprofessional staff. The underground garage's gate always leave open over night by their own staff, so thief can walk in to vandalism your vehicle. When you report to management they will tell you " the gate is broken and we will have someone fix it soon" which can take at least a week or more. If you like to deal with pain in the butt or TOUGH management in Archstone, then this is the place for you, otherwise try to stay far away from this apartment. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
