First, this place has terrible management.....I think they share two brain cells among the whole group of them. They will respond to your requests slowly and with total incompetence.
Second, there is no parking....none. You have one spot for your apartment and you have to pay for other spots and good luck finding one anyway.
Third, it's noisy. Dogs barking at all hours, traffic noise....etc. So unless you like a cacophany of sound, you'd best look elsewhere.
And finally, they will steal your security deposit, guaranteed. They do their "final" inspection 2 weeks before you move out and if your place has anything in it (i.e. if you haven't moved out early and paid them for a vacant apartment), they will keep all of your security deposit.
