unit broken in - no sense of security

The management has no sense of security at all. At any time of the day, at least one of the gates is left open and they do not care.
When I came back from work on one Monday, the door was broken pried. I lost all, from electrics to t-shirts. The gate close to my place was left open the whole week even after I complained to the management a few times.
When you move out, they ask for a few hundred more dollars on top of the security deposit and well ready to pursue it through collection agency.
The neighbor is junk. Even though the address is Cupertino, just across the street is San Jose. The units are rather spacious if you do not care about quite old place(expect hearing footsteps day and night from above if you don't live on third floor) with barren neighborhood.
I found my current place in a few days and I'm happy that I moved out.
