Noisy, Noisy, bad insulation

Been here six month. I can hear everything. From the noisy streets (cars, motorbikes, sirens) to people in the parking lot, to the guy below me playing guitar. Terrible noise insulation. Speaking of which, I don't think the apt is well insulated. Gets cold easily in winter, and quite hot from sunlight in summer. We had major ants for three weeks till the apt got serious and helped us professionally. Too pricey for what we went through
