Worst place I have ever lived! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The management is absolutely awful. It takes weeks for anything to ever be fixed. They are very sneaky and try to take a lot of money out of your security deposit. READ YOUR LEASE CAREFULLY. I have no idea how they stay in business. Aviare is only geared toward making money...not about making the apartments a friendly and accomodating place for its residents. The complex does not have any grassy place for children, so the only place they have to play outside is in the parking lot. How lousy is that! Plus parking is a pain in the ass! Too many people use their garages for storage so it's very difficult to find general parking after 7pm. Then your only option is to park across the street or park in the tow away zone. And yes, cars do get towed. Plus the parking spaces are tiny and my car has gotten dinged on more than one occasion. I really highly recommend you choose some place else if you are at all considering Aviare. Yuck!
