Aviare Apartment Homes

Don't judge by its cover

Aviare SEEMS like a really nice place to live. Nice apartments, decent location, good sound insulation, private parking garages, etc. However, it's always the stuff they don't show you or tell you about that make you regret your decision, in the end.
- The parking situation only works for families with a single car.
- The front-office management doesn't open on time in the mornings on a routine basis. I've waited up to and past a half-hour on multiple occasions.
- Maintenance and repair situations are a frustration, typically requiring several trips. Discarded parts, tools, and other materials are often left behind after work is completed.
- The front-office management doesn't monitor maintenance personnel security; keys are left in apartment doors purely for the sake of convenience while workers move from unit to unit!
- The real kicker: The owners & Aviare are trying very hard to convert to condo. They've provided almost no useful information and the front-office people are deliberately uninformed. I was not told about this until after I signed my lease.
Avoid the hassle, and look elsewhere. Aviare is not the place to be for 2006.
