This apartment complex is very misleading. You get the impression that it is a very nice community to live in, but we have had nothing but problems since we have moved in. The apartment managers are non-responsive and VERY RUDE! Apartment managers do not enforce their own policies, such as policies about parking, so that parking is very hard to find. There is a lot of vandalism of cars in the parking lot, to which the owners and managers do not take responsibility for or attempt to rectify. They simply tell you that it has happened in the past and as such we just have to deal with it, or shell out more money for parking.

Also, even with instructions to maintenance not to enter without our presence, we encountered many incidences in which they disregarded our requests, and on one occasion left our front door unlocked, and our patio door wide open for the whole day. Also, there is poor communication. We have taken time off to wait for the maintenance crew, only that they didn't show for several days.

This apartment is also right off of 280 and it very noisy, you will not be able to open your window.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!
