I have lived here for 9 months now and we just renewed our lease for another year. Staff is very helpful, whenever there is something wrong; albeit toilet running, dishwasher leaking, etc... they were fast and friendly at getting maintenance over here. Parking is a problem though, however we each receive a parking garage included with our apartment, yes you do have to pay extra for a carport if you have another car. Also it is difficult for guests to find a parking spot because other tenants are too cheap to pay the extra like $35 for a designated parking spot.
We have never had a problem with safety/construction issues. Noise; there are some children that play outside and there really isn't anywhere for them to play, but it really isn't too bad.
