Disregard the reviews that were obviously planted by the property managers.

Think twice before renting here. The people might sound nice at first but stab you in the back the minute you sign your lease, nickle-and-diming you at every instance. I've had problems with these people up to the day I moved out.

The most problematic issue I have with them was with their early morning (and illegal, by recent Cupertino laws) use of heavy equipment such as leaf blowers, chain-saws, jack-hammers, and lifting equipment. I have had to call the Cupertino police dept. four times already. Management's response to my complaint was " OFF!".

Their constant construction activity often results in entrances to your apartment being blocked, the garage where I parked my car was broken into and cars were vandalized, the security gaurds like to ticket resident vehicles, my roommate's car was damaged when their maintainance crew sprayed hard water and rocks onto it, they take months to fix anything you ask them to do, and their management staff is just down-right condescending.

If you value your time, money, and well-being, PLEASE DON'T LIVE HERE.
