I have lived here for about one year and could not be happier! I love that it is a high-rise style building and I have the best view a Silicon Valley resident could possibly have. I do not hear any of my neighbors (past experiences with upstairs neighbors have been a nightmare!!!). Prices are a bit lower than comparable communities, but the quality of living is just as good, if not better. Every maintenance request has been attended to promptly and every staff member always says "hello" or smiles when they see me. I love having underground parking, elevators, and a HUGE pool to tan by. Convenience is everything! I feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful home!
