Happy with my quiet apt on an upper floor. Asst propty mgr Linda Amidon was truthful about the apt and thats why I signed the lease.I moved in from out of state but was careful in selecting an apt. The bldg is well-lit. When dishwasher broke, maintenance replaced it promptly. There is a number to reach maintenance and they responded when I locked myself out in daytime. Residents park in assigned spaces in gated lot.There is also a public lot next door for guests and employees of nearby offices but I dont use that one but my guests never had any problem when they parked overnight a few times.
