Ive lived here for just over 2 years, The first year was nice as was the manager at the time. A change was made about a year or so ago and the attitude as well as the office hours have gone to hell. There was a point in time where i had a package from ups in the office for over 2 weeks because the office was never open for me to pick it up.If you take a chance and sit in the nice lobby area and wait for someone to come back because the clock on the wall has a time on it,You could be in for a long night.My Wife and i have complaned to The manager Donique as well as to Jessie but nothing seems to change.They would rather we walk to a differnt Apt. Complex to let them know our problems rather then open he office where we live. And if we do deside to walk to the other building that they manage, Guess what'' Theres a clock on the door that says we will return at 1;00pm,Which would not be a problem at all if it wasnt already 2:30.
Think twice before you rent here,Unless you deside to stay home and drop your rent off in the mail slot.
