Terrible and Unreliable Management

Do you want professional and reliable management' Do you want to receive your deposit back' If so, this is NOT the place you want to live. I have never lived in an apartment complex with such poor management. I moved out in June of 2006 and as I sit here and type this review on October 11, 2006, I STILL have not received my deposit. Everytime I call the office, they tell me not to worry "It is in the mail." Yet, it never seems to arrive. I even called Prometheus' corporate office to report an incompetent staff at the City Center. They, too, assured that my deposit would be in the mail. Still, it does not arrive. Cupertino City Center is not just unreliable - they are breaking the law and I am not the only resident there who has experienced the same predicament. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
