Believe all the negative comments regarding this complex. Customer service does not exist here. The thefts, the noise, rude managment - all are true. It?s such a shame that the negatives outweigh the positives. Prometheus needs to focus on providing customer service to their tenants and to meet the expectations that the tenants pay for. There are other locations nearby where the rents are not as high, location is convenient and the staff is more responsive.
