I was a resident for a year. The 2 bedroom apt was a bit too cramped for a family with 2 kids - and the kitchen a bit 'compact'! Maintenance response was slow.

Also when we left, they did not reimburse the entire deposit on some pretext or other - first they said that the carpets needed to be cleaned but when i produced the bill, then they said oh we forgot - it was not the carpet but the painting! The 2 lease specialists, Stefan and Andrew were RUDE!
