Stay away, even is in good location

Hi Everyone,
Please stay away from this place, even thought the location is good, but the manager is very very horrible. Specially manager Julie, there were construction going on on the last 7 weeks, during the 7 weeks, you will have close contacts with the construction guys, the noise starts from 8AM-6PM, so you have 10hrs of torture per day, Julie even call the resident not to stay or enter the apartment from 8AM-6PM so the cement can be dry up, she did that on the last day. She called you a day before the construction work to be done, you can not stay or enter the apartment within the time frame. What the hell''' No planning, manager really sucks, please stay away!!
