I hope you like your car covered with dust, because thats how it will be 2 seconds after parking it. If you have your windows facing Foothill open, you can count on having dust everywhere. Semis from the quarry fly down Foothill starting about 5am. They are very noisy and leave a ton of dust behind. Some mornings it is difficult to pull out on to Foohill because of the convoy of gravel trucks making their way down to 280. Autos in general drive very fast on this section of Foothill. I have had many problems with noisy neighbors, after 6 months of complaining to management, who's response was "Call the cops", the noisy neighbors finally moved out. There is new a new manager now who acctually gets things done.
