The apartments are straight forward places. There are 2 pools in the complex (only 1 is heated). The apartments are older and they have been maintained fairly well. Any work done inside or outside the units is done at managements convience, and generally it is done for as little money as possible. This means you will be incovienced for painting, roof repair, parking lot paving etc.
Its location is awesome. It is a minute from highway 280 at the foothill expwy on/off ramps. That means it is easy to highway 85, foothill expressway, stevens creek blvd.
There are two large open space parks nearby. Rancho San Antonio and Stevens Creek Dam.
