Older complex but well maintained, great neighborhood, fantastic location. Just be careful of the noise - Foothill Expressway is the main artery for all the trucks going to and from the rock quarry. When they roar down the street at 50 MPH, it makes pictures on the wall rattle. This is very annoying, especially at 5am. Apartments shielded from the road by other buildings are ok - I have a friend in a different apartment who has no noise issues. However, if your window fases the expressway or does not have another building as a shield, watch out - I couldn't even handle it for a year before needing to move again. The manager even said they had complained to the city about the trucks, but there was essentially nothing they could do about it. Liked everything else though, if it weren't for the noise I would still be living there.
