The most important thing concerning these apartments is the deterioration
of the environment, conversely with the amazing increase of the rent.
Until last year (1999), it was a peacefull area, with a very nice swimming pool,
and a nice huge central garden.
But now all of this has become a scholl yard,it is not possible anymore
to do a quiet swimm in the pool, and the spa looks more like a strange soup.
Furthermore, cars are more often burglarized and someone
tried to break into my appartment.This is not due to the direct neighborhood,
but now plenty of outer people are going around even with the automatic gates
(which by the way are often broken and left open)
On top of it, the last rent increase was exactly 50%, and now a 2 bedroom
cost $2800 !!
