The new management at Forge Homestead are ----'s. There were daily reminders on our doors of petty "new rules" that were not mentioned in our contract. It felt like somone was watching our every move. Very uncompfortable feeling that way in a place that charges so much for rent. Parking is a joke. Every spot is compact and the huge trucks and SUV's don't seem to read that. Assigned parking is far away from your apartment. Everyone's was, so there was a constant battle after work to get one of the few compact spots near your apartment. Gardners start up their mowers at 8am on Monday morning, that's fun. The appliances, mainly the heater and air conditioner are old and loud. There is one wall air/heat unit for your whole apartment. I'd keep looking if I were you. Maybe you can find the property where the previous management from Forge went. LIfe was better when they were there.
