For the person that is so please with Forge Homestead. I think you need to wait untill you move-out to get the complete picture about how the staff at forge treats their tenants, they will take all your deposit, lie to you when they don't know the answer, come up with ridiculous policies and have extreme rent increases.

Is not the matter of whether the apartments are nice or the Landscape is taking care of. That is the least we should get from our lease.

Unless, if you are somebody from Forge Homestead staff that was told to go and write a decent review then I understand why you would neglecct the lack of ethic and bad service.
And if you are a real tenant I hope they don't rip you out when you try to move-out.
