Very very...very bad experience

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
They incresing rent in every renewal.
And doesn't matter what. The managment
just careless.In last 1.5 they increse the
rent twice, when I complian about it, they
didn't care what so ever.Changing rule all
the time. On top of that there is nothing
in this complex that worth the rent that
