after changing from year round heating to only "memorial day to oct 6" - they have decided we are not even worth the trouble no more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes yes 70 degrees - that is almost ocean cold! so - the easiest way instead of fighting for 200 families - just keep it cold - tenants shall realize by themselves - they'd better stay out of the water.............

well - we're staying out of forge apartments ASAP
