AN EXPENSIVE JOKE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   we moved in after a wonderful tour with the polite sales person, expecting this to be our HOME for the next 4-5 years. then it started: hundreds of squirrels all over and inside walls, pool not heated (till this very moment), gym- dark at night, noisy noisy noisy- daytime-kids screaming all over, nightime - teenagers with motorbikes or fire works inside the gates - horrible!!, the they sent out a new "book of regulations" that make you want to cry. on top of that - we paid 1545 less than two years ago - now they want us to pay 1800!!! and as we ARE running away - they will offer the unit for 1975!!!a month!! using the sales lady's words - people are willing to pay - so we charge. well - we are not !! and we are takung our belongings and family and moving out - NOT reccomending anyone to move in.
