this place is a nightmare. i have lived here only for 18 months, and they have towed my car, left notes on my other car that it can't stay longer than a couple days in one spot, and then let other cars park for 6 months in one spot, with a flat tire might i add.
when i came here, the pool was heated year round, then in the middle of winter they decide to only heat the pool from Memorial day to Labor day... that was my source of exercise. so now i have way expensive rent, and have to add a gym membership in order to swim the remaining 9 months of the year.
management turnover is crazy, you call one day for something, and then they arent there the next month.
Pianos are allowed in the apartments, but when you call the office to complain about the noise, if you have a headache, they put that in their file so you end up being a 'complainer' and they tell you that you have to move out because you are 'an issue'

crazy owners and management.
not friendly at all.
they only rent to people that are indian or asian.
no ------- americans, hispanic, and about 3 caucasians.

i dont recommend moving here...

go to craigslist.com to find a better place, with gates [they dont work half the time anyway] and nice grounds and in the Cupertino Schools district and pay a LOT less!

try the pool today - it is not heated they decided to not heat it this year - managers orders HA

No Americans? What the heck does that mean. Were you born in the 19th century where the only considered 'so-called' Americans are Caucasians? I guess now it makes sense that you're getting kicked-out.
