Be Warned Rent Increase is Coming - High From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I actually liked the place and thought that the staff was very friendly and also complex was very well kept and clean. The thing that really got to me was that they raised the rent after our first year nearly $400.00 dollars and then told us that it was the fair market value. This would had made our rent close to $2000.00. I was sort of disappointed since we never had any late payments, my family was very low maintenience and we didn't complain about anything. But be warned after your lease you are going to get a suprise. You might want to ask them before you sign you one year lease how much they are going to raise your rent.
