This place looks ok/good from the outside, til you move in. Management is very disrespectful and fascistic, truly despicable; they keep changing rules and inventing new rules. last time they sent us like a 30 pages thing with so many rules in it. The sad part is there's nothing to warrant it: the complex is not well kept; gates frequently don't work; there is a lot of noise no matter where you are in the complex, screaming kids all over, management does NOTHING about it; basically you have to fight for yourself. This is a major nightmare in the summer. See cops several times; problems with theft several times; I saw two cars vandalized on two separate occasions (and this is a gated community), one had windows smashed other was hit by another car badly. Buildings are built on the cheap, ytou can hear you neighbor's fart (sorry)... in all, save yourself the grief. Soon as my lease is up, i'm moving to a different zip code altogether. Putting up with many things, what really breaks the deal for me is this stupid, despicable management they had for more than a year now.
