I am staying here with my family for over one year now. Here are pros and cons.
Good things - Nice community. Relatively clean. Attentive maintenance. Recently lot of equipments were added in Gym.

Not so good things - parking. If you have more than one car, then parking can be bit of a problem. There are plenty parking spots, but there are lot of cars as well. Rent is expensive comparatively.
Many times it is observed that outsider make use of swimming pool and when you ask them if they live in the community, they will get mad at you.

Overall this is a nice community and our stay is comfortable.
