Some facts- manager not polite, uses abusive language, makes rules based on people, lots of problems in these old appts. every bother day need to place work order, Schools are the worst schools in cupertino, tab water contains lots of lead, management does not complete projects in committed dates (like newsletter says work to be finished by Aprl2004, but still not known when its going to be done). car parking problems and crimes been seen inside/arround the complex.
