We moved here in 1998. The grounds are kept very well and the maintenance staff is great and very helpful. The apartments are very old and the walls very thin. Since we moved here during the dot.com heyday, our rent has been increasing steadily. We have asked for a price break, especially since our neighbors (same apartment, size and location) are paying approximately $900.00 a month less in rent than we are. They refused to give us a price break since they stated we are paying market price.
There are a great many newer apartments in the area with better amenities, A/C and liberal pet policies. With the rent we are paying, they should allow me to have a PONY! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
