When we move out, we cleaned the appartment very carefully. And a Glenbook service man told me that there is nothing wrong when he came in to inspect the appartment.
What happened after we move out' Instead of receiving our deposit back, we received a bill saying that we need to pay another $100 to cover their cleanning fee!

When we live there, we pay $200 more than our neighbors for similar appartment because they won't adjust our rent to market price although our contract has expried and we want to sign a new contract. When I request an adjustment of rent, they said: you can move out for 3 months and return back, then we can treate you as a new customer and lower the rent! They really discourage customer loyalty!

Be careful about your mail. We lost several mail package there. Probably not the problem of the rental office, but the problem of the mailing people working in this area.
