The outlook of the apartment is really nice:
well kept, lots of parking, all the amenities that are available, beautiful surrounding, very convenient, close to De Anza College.

Within the first few mths of us staying there, we received our first notice. Why' Because one of my friends tripped and almost fell face flat on the nice kept flower beds that the gardeners nurse almost every day. The poor guy did not do that on purpose and yet, no understanding from the management's part.

Since our apartment face the swimming pool, there's no way that we can get peace and quiet until the pool is closed (aprox. 10 pm). Even when it's closed, some inconsiderate people still used it and talked/screamed on top of their lungs.

For those of you who are always busy during daytime, please forget doing your laundry here. The laundry room close at 10 pm. Don't do your laundry during weekends either, because there is no way you can get any machines. If you're late taking your clothes out, your clothes will be dumped somewhere and you'll end up trying to find your clothes in a pile of others too.

We cleaned the apartment until it was spotless when we moved out. We didn't expect to get our deposit money back, since Glenbrook is so notorious for not giving it back. A month later on, I received a mail saying that we owed them an extra $300,-!!!

We tried to renew our lease but again, like other reviews said, instead of lowering our rent, they tried to increase it. There's no logical reasoning behind it. Their solution was for us to move out and move back in as a new tenant. Like that will happen!

For the love of God... Please, save all the trouble and don't live here!!!
